GOLDEN BEAR SIGNATURE CLUB: TERMS & CONDITIONS


Qualification
Qualification for the 2010 Golden Bear Signature Club (the “Program”) requires purchase of a Memorial Tournament badge(s) no later than April 15, 2010. Qualification period begins on October 1, 2009 and runs through 11:59 PM on April 15, 2010 (the “Qualification Period”). All badge purchases within the Qualification Period will result in the associated benefits being issued beginning in May 2010. Annual re-qualification for the Program is required.

Payment
There are no reservations or refunds for this offer. Payment (cash, money order, credit card, check) must be received in full during the Qualification Period to qualify for the Program benefits.

Membership & Member Benefits
Program membership is complimentary with a 2010 Memorial Tournament badge purchase made during the Qualification Period. An enrolled individual or corporate representative will be provided with Program benefits and offers through the 2010 Memorial Tournament. To receive some of the specified benefits included in the Program, an email address must be provided to the Memorial Tournament.

Privacy
Protecting your privacy is our priority. Personal information such as name, address, phone number and email will not be shared with any outside sources or third parties.

You may direct the Memorial Tournament not to communicate any of the Program’s offers or materials to you by contacting our Badge Office Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST) at 614-889-6712 or 877-MT BADGE (877-682-2343) or via email at marketing@thememorialtournament.com. If you choose to limit the use of your data in this manner, your participation in the Program will be limited to certain transactions you perform on thememorialtournament.com or over the phone with the Memorial Tournament. These transactions consist of placing your badge order or buying Memorial Tournament merchandise you have requested on thememorialtournament.com or over the phone and any non-marketing communications the Memorial Tournament may send in connection with the Program. If you have previously instructed the Memorial Tournament not to send you any marketing offers or materials and wish to change that instruction, you may call us at the Badge Office number listed above to update your profile.

General
The Memorial Tournament has the right to change, limit, enhance or modify Program rules, regulations, and awards at any time without notice. The Memorial Tournament has the right to end the Program by providing six months prior written notice to actively participating members. The Program may be suspended or terminated if events beyond the Tournament’s reasonable control, such as a computer equipment or electronic data transmission failure, natural disaster, civil disturbance or war, materially affect the Memorial Tournament’s ability to perform the Program.
